How to make Vegetarian Momo's at home

Instructions:
Start by making the dough. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Slowly add the water, stirring constantly until the mixture forms a dough. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic. Cover the dough and set it aside for 30 minutes.
