The method of making mango chutney is as follows:


In a mixer jar, add chopped raw mango and blend it.


In a pan add mango puree, sugar, salt, roasted cumin powder, red chilli, black pepper and garam masala. and mix it well.


Add water to it and let the mixture come to a boil. Lower the flame and let it cook for 5-7 minutes till the chutney thickens.


Take the pan off the heat and let the chutney cool down.


Take out the chutney in a bowl and keep it in the fridge till the time of serving.
