Ingredients:


4-6 Pav buns

1 large onion, chopped

2 large tomatoes, chopped

2-3 green chilies, chopped

1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp mustard seeds

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp red chili powder

1 tsp garam masala powder

Salt to taste

2 tbsp oil

2 tbsp butter

Coriander leaves, chopped

Instructions:


Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Once they start to splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.


Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chilies. Sauté for a minute.


Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy and oil starts to separate.


Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.


Add 1/4 cup of water and mix well. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the masala is cooked and fragrant.
