Essential Ingredients – Ingredients For Bread Recipe

Maida - 2 cups

Milk – 1/3 cup (less than 2 teaspoons)

Instant yeast - 1 tsp

Sugar - 2 spoons

Oil – 2 tbsp

Salt - 1/2 tsp or as per taste

Water – 1 cup (light lukewarm)

How to make bread recipe 

– To make bread, first take a parat or a big bowl. Now add refined flour, instant yeast, sugar, oil and salt and mix it well. After mixing all the ingredients, add milk to the refined flour and mix it well.

Now put water in a soaking vessel and heat the water to lukewarm and knead the flour with lukewarm water as smooth as roti or chapati dough.

- Put the kneaded dough in a bowl or in which the dough is kneaded. Apply oil on the dough in the same utensil and keep it covered well for 25 to 30 minutes. 

After 30 minutes, grease the utensil in which the bread is to be prepared or the baking container with oil. (So that the bread will come out easily after preparation) and put the flour in it, apply oil on it and cover it well with the help of a cloth and keep it for 2 hours, so that the dough will swell well.

To bake Now preheat the oven at 200 degree centigrade and keep the bread dough to bake for 25 minutes after it swells well.  After 25 minutes, take out the container of bread from the oven and keep it on a mesh stand and let it cool. After cooling down, cut the bread as per your choice. Take it ready, very fresh, tasty and healthy bread.
